Tour bookings: no statutory right of withdrawal
Our tours are leisure services provided at a specific date and time. Under § 18 para. 1 no. 10 of the Austrian Distance Selling Act (FAGG), the statutory 14-day right of withdrawal does not apply to such bookings. Once you have completed a booking for a specific date and time slot, it is binding.
Independently of this, we voluntarily offer the cancellation terms below.
Voluntary cancellation terms for tour bookings
Cancellations must reach us by e-mail or phone before the start of the tour. The following scale applies (calculated against the tour start time, Europe/Vienna):

Refunds are issued to the original payment method. Alternatively, up to 48 hours before the tour start you can convert your booking into a gift voucher over the full amount paid (no cancellation fee), redeemable for any tour or transferable. Bookings made through partner platforms (e.g. GetYourGuide) follow the cancellation terms of that platform.
Gift vouchers: 14-day right of withdrawal
If you purchase a gift voucher (not tied to a specific date), you may withdraw from the contract within 14 days of the day the contract was concluded, without giving any reason, provided the voucher has not yet been redeemed.
To exercise the right of withdrawal, you must inform us by means of a clear declaration (e.g. a letter sent by post or an email) of your decision to withdraw from the contract:
To meet the withdrawal deadline, it is sufficient for you to send your communication concerning the exercise of the right of withdrawal before the withdrawal period has expired.
Consequences of withdrawal
If you withdraw from a voucher purchase, we shall reimburse all payments received from you without undue delay and at the latest within 14 days from the day on which we were informed about your decision to withdraw. We will carry out the reimbursement using the same means of payment that you used for the initial transaction, unless expressly agreed otherwise; you will not incur any fees as a result of the reimbursement.

If you wish to withdraw from a voucher purchase, you may use the following model form (not mandatory):
